Falanghina

Falanghina is made from white grapes from the Molise and Puglia region. It is considered a unique wine of its kind. It is best paired with shellfish, lean meats, fresh and common fish. The harvest takes place in the second half of September. The grape has a fresh scent and pleasant taste, as well as the aftertaste of pomegranate. It is best drunk in a tall glass at a cool temperature of 10 ° C or 12 ° C to intensify the floral scent.
